AirMesh Polyester is a high-performance perforated textile designed for demanding outdoor environments where traditional materials may struggle. Combining the durability of banner materials with the flexibility and lightweight nature of flag fabric, AirMesh Polyester offers outstanding versatility for a wide range of large-format outdoor applications.
Often described as both a flag and a banner material, AirMesh bridges the gap between PVC-based substrates and knitted polyester. Its perforated structure allows excellent airflow, reducing wind load while maintaining strong visual impact, making it ideal for exposed locations and large-scale installations.

Finishing & Production Details:
• Triple-folded 35 mm hems for added strength (four layers of material)
• Fully colour-coded hems (requires 135 mm bleed in supplied artwork)
• Plastic, rust-free eyelets
• Delivered folded in bags or boxes for easy, cost-effective transport
• Printed via dye-sublimation with post-print heat fixing for durability
