The majority of orders are delivered by DHL but we also use DPD, APC and Fedex.

You will receive a despatch email once your order has been sent. The courier should leave a failed delivery card and will make 2 more delivery attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us, and we will have to charge to send back out to you.

confirmation email so we can easily track down your order. We can then contact
the couriers and find out where your order is.

Yes, usually this will speed up delivery of your order by 1-2 working days, please get in touch for an express quote turnaround

Yes we do print on paper that is FSC certified.

Yes we do but not all recycled options are
listed on the website so please drop us an email with your requirements.

We are open 9:00am – 17:00pm Monday to Friday and closed weekends and bank holidays.

No we are closed at the weekend and on bank holidays and over Christmas & New Year.

We are not a design agency but we do offer
graphic design and artwork services.

Some small and large format samples are free, but some promotional items and clothing will incur an admin fee.

Yes we do offer print and embroidery on workwear and general clothing. Get in touch for a quote.

Yes, we can fix client supplied artwork. If complex fixes are required, we will charge a small fee for this.

The turnaround cut-off is 12pm each day.

No, all items are packed white label, no branding on the box, in the box or on the courier label.

We ask that you report any issues within a week of receiving your items, we can then investigate and agree how to resolve it.

You will receive an email confirmation, we also receive a notification via email and by app, so your order will not be missed.

Yes, all orders will be proofed and nothing will be printed until you sign off by email.

If we have already started the order it will be too late to send new artwork, but always check just in case.

As long as you haven’t signed off the proof it is fine to cancel, if the proof has been approved we may have already started printing which means the order will be charged.
